You are very welcome, whether you are just starting out with yoga or are already experienced. The meditation sessions are designed to deepen the connection to your inner voice and intuition.<\/p>\n<p>Yoga also has a great influence on the body, mind and soul, so it can be directly linked to the phases of the moon and aligned accordingly. Different processes are active in you depending on the phase.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your yoga teacher Jovana<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hi, my name is Jovana, I am 38 years old and I live with my husband, my two children (6 and 7 years old) and our little dog on the beautiful island of Mallorca.<\/p>\n<p>I am a yoga teacher, Pilates trainer and Ayurveda nutritionist.<\/p>\n<p>I came to yoga in 2016 after the birth of my first son and was immediately in love. Especially as a mom, yoga gives you an incredible amount of strength, peace and serenity and helps you to reflect on yourself again and again.
