\n– 50 g sugar
\n– 100 g natural yogurt
\n– 250 ml milk
\n– 3 eggs<\/p>\n
\n2. Beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside
\n3. Mix three egg yolks with 50 g sugar
\n4. Fold 100 g natural yoghurt into the sugar and egg yolk mixture
\n5. Fold 100 g of flour into the mixture
\n6. Then fold the beaten egg whites into the mixture
\n7. Fry in butter or, for a healthier option, fry in oil
\n8. Serve with your favorite toppings – we recommend maple syrup, fresh fruit and a pinch of powdered sugar!<\/p>\n
