Landhotel Can Davero
We are delighted to welcome you as guests to our rural hotel Can Davero on Mallorca. To give you a feel for who is behind this special place, we would like to briefly introduce ourselves.
We are Lisa & Chris – passionate hosts and the heart behind Can Davero. We got to know and love each other on this beautiful sunny island and realized our shared dream here: a small, personal country hotel that feels like home.
Chris’ great passion has always been cooking. His roots lie in upscale gastronomy, which initially took him to Switzerland after his training, including Zurich and Zermatt. At the same time, he dreamed of self-employment and a life in the sun. When the special opportunity arose to take over a country hotel in Binissalem, Majorca, this dream took shape.
I, Lisa, have always wanted to live in the south – close to the sea, surrounded by Spanish culture and Mediterranean joie de vivre. My career initially took me into tourism, where I learned to love Mallorca more and more. At some point, our paths crossed on this small island and it quickly became clear that we belonged together both personally and professionally.
Today we run the Landhotel Can Davero together as a host duo with heart. With great attention to detail and genuine joy in welcoming people, we want to give you unforgettable vacation moments.
Our dog Camillo, who we adopted through Hundehilfe Mallorca, is now also part of our little Can Davero family.
Three to four evenings a week, Chris cooks a fresh, regional 3-course dinner for our guests, inspired by Mediterranean cuisine and seasonal produce from the island. The perfect accompaniment is a Mallorca Spritz, lovingly mixed by me – preferably enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere in the open air.
We do everything we can to make your stay with us something special with a great deal of commitment, warmth and joy.
