Cancellations

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations of room reservations are only valid if we receive them in writing. Cancellation is free of charge up to four weeks before arrival. If canceled later, we will charge 50% of the accommodation price for the entire stay. In the event of non-arrival without a written cancellation or in the event of interruption of the trip, 100% of the confirmed accommodation price will be charged. In order to avoid any costs, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Place of jurisdiction:
Palma de Mallorca (Spain) is the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with the booking or the stay in our hotel. Spanish law applies.
