The top quality of the Mallorcan wine scene has only just begun to realize its potential. Wines made from the local grape varieties Callet, Gorgollassa or Manto Negro are real eye-openers and rightly make Mallorca one of the most exciting wine islands in Europe. The Binissalem region in the center of Mallorca, where Can Davero is located, is one of the most famous wine regions on the island. Mainly red wines are produced here from local grape varieties. These wines are often characterized by their robust aromas and their ability to age well. Many wineries in Mallorca offer wine tastings and guided tours where you have the opportunity to explore the wine cellars, learn more about the winemaking process and, of course, taste a variety of wines.
