Cancellations

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations of room reservations are only valid if we receive them in writing.
Cancellation is free of charge up to four weeks before arrival.
If canceled later, we will charge 50% of the accommodation price for the entire stay.
In the event of non-arrival without a written cancellation or in the event of interruption of the trip, 100% of the confirmed accommodation price will be charged.
To avoid incurring costs, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
